Gen Z Digital Habits

Millennials are old news, thanks to the up and coming Generation Z (those born between ’96 and ’10). Adweek and Defy Media recently surveyed a group of 1,500 teens to get their opinions on social media platforms and more. Most of Gen Z (95%) use YouTube, and half said they “can’t live without it.” YouTube is most used for catching “how-to info” (66%) and for a good laugh (51%). Instagram (69%), Facebook (67%) and Snapchat (67%) also topped the list for most used platforms. Check out an infographic with this information and more here. (Adweek, 5.21.17)
