We are the sole owners of the information collected. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via the survey to join the panel or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to send you invitations to participate in online surveys or focus groups (in person or online), or to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization and you will never be asked to purchase anything.

You may receive an email invitation to see if you qualify for participation. It is important to note that you may not qualify to participate in every survey or focus group opportunity. We share aggregated demographic information with our clients who ask about the demographics of the H2R Panel. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit personal information via our online surveys, your information is protected both online and offline. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
